Goldie M. (Esser) McGlade, 95, a lifelong resident of Paterson, NJ passed away on Friday, July 6, 2012 at home.Mrs. McGlade was a parishioner of St. John R.C. Church in Paterson.An accomplished baker who will be remembered for her incredible apple pie, Goldie also enjoyed sewing.
Beloved wife of the late Charles McGlade.Loving aunt of Catherine and Lawrence Anthony, Patricia Arslanian, Jeanne Pergentile and John, Thomas and Chris McGlade.She is also survived by many dear great nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, July 12, 2012, 11 AM at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery in Totowa.In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Goldie may be made to Hospice of New Jersey, 400 Broadacres Drive, Bloomfield, NJ 07003.Arrangements are being handled by Vander Plaat-Caggiano Funeral Home in Fair Lawn, 201-797-3500.
